Thank you for your interest in Western Mennonite! We’re excited to assist you in becoming a part of our unique community and invite you to fill out an application to begin this process. If you haven’t visited our campus yet, we encourage you to come to our special Visitors Days or to schedule a personal tour. → Application Submission
Apply online or download our admissions application, complete it and mail it to our Admissions Office. Applications are complete when we have received a $50 non-refundable application fee, copy of applicant’s most recent report card or transcript, and pastor, teacher and adult friend references.
→ Notification Process
Once your application file is complete and all three references have been received, the Admissions Committee will review your application. You will be notified within several days by phone and in writing of the committee’s decision. Within two weeks of admittance, a $100 registration fee is due to reserve your place at Western Mennonite School.
→ Financial Aid Process
Because funds are limited, families are encouraged to apply for financial aid during the admission process. Formal grant award letters are sent by email from WMS. For priority consideration, financial aid applications are due before April 15. More information on financial aid can be found under Student Grants.
