Western Mennonite offers financial assitance grants to families who qualify.  Families needing financial assistance are encouraged to apply.  The grants are funded through the generosity of alumni and friends of the school.  Funds are limited, so families are encouraged to apply during or directly after the admission process.

Currently we use the services of Independent School Management Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to assist in the financial aid process.  We believe you will find their program very user-friendly and easy to complete.  All applications must be completed online, and there is a $36 fee for this service.  Any questions that you may have while completing your application can be answered at your convenience using a 24-hour customer helpline (877-326-3278).

Application Timeline
For priority consideration, Western Mennonite School must receive grant reports from FAST by April 15^th.  All grant applications meeting the April 15^th deadline will be collected and grants will be awarded the first week of May.  No grants will be awarded before May 1^st.  Grant application reports received after April 15^th will be processed as they are received and grants will be awarded as long as funds are available.  If you have questions please contact our Admissions Office.

Who should apply for aid?
FAST has found that a family’s income is the best indicator of need.  Therefore, the general rule of thumb is as follows:

If your family’s household income is less than $85,000, you are encouraged to apply for financial aid.  Consideration is also given to families with multiple students enrolled in Christian schools and/or families with extenuating circumstances such as medical expenses or disabilities.
