UPDATE

Due to changes in logistics, John and Eric will not be working with Convoy of Hope or MCC.  Instead, they will be working with Pastor Felix, John’s Haitian pastor-friend.  He will be their contact and interpreter.

Extra funds collected will still be divided between the two organizations, Convoy of Hope and MCC.

There was a news story today about a teenage girl who was rescued after being buried for 15-days. We know God grants our prayers and creates miracles out of ruin and I’m praying for stories of life and resurrection in Haiti!!

    Praying for you all, daily.

    Blessings,

Thanks for the updates John. We know generally how we can pray for you and the people you are serving, but is there anything that we can specifically pray for?

I heard a doctor on K-Love this morning asking for people to pray for grace for the doctors. She said in the states the doctors can run tests and determine what is wrong with a patient, but in Haiti they don’t have that luxury so they need to go with their gut instinct with their diagnosis.

God bless you for doing God’s Kingdom work in caring and sharing the love of Jesus Christ to those who are lost and hurting in Haiti.

    Craig C.

Keep up the good work John

  3. Having lived through a number of hurricanes, the reality is that not only are these folks suffering now, but they will be suffering for many years to come. It will take years and an enormous amount of funds to rebuild the infrastructure, not to mention building dwellings, schools, and stores. One can only hope that the international community continues to support the people in Haiti. Then, one can only hope that they will have leadership that supports the people of Haiti.
