ACSI NW Choral Festival | March 9 & 10

This spring, the WMS A cappella Choir has an exciting opportunity to attend the ACSI NW Choral Festival.  Western recently joined the ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International), and we want to get connected with our region of the organization. The high school choral festival, located in Federal Way, WA, is a special gathering of Christian school choirs from our region.  Choirs learn six mass pieces at home, and then meet at the festival for two days in March to work with a guest director. The result is several hundred students praising the Lord together at a command performance on Friday night. Western’s A cappella Choir will also sing alone for the guest director, with a chance to sing at the command performance if selected. This year’s guest director is Dr. Galen Clark from Heritage Christian School in Southern California.

We are trying to raise over $8,000 to cover food, lodging, and transportation for this four night trip. 100% of your benefit concert ticket cost will be applied to students’ trip funds.  Please consider making a donation above your ticket purchase to support this opportunity. The festival will be musically and spiritually enriching for the students.
