Western Mennonite School’s 12^th Annual Golf Benefit was a successful event. Golfers were treated to 18 holes of golf, fun prizes, good food, and a beautiful day at Chehalem Glenn Golf Course in Newberg, Oregon, on September 26.

“A great turnout and a lot of fun made for a great day,” remarked John Marvin, tournament coordinator and Western’s Director of Advancement. With over 100 golfers, the 4-person scramble tournament was competitive (with the winning team shooting a 62) yet fun, remembering the students being impacted through the benefit. Participants made the event even more enjoyable with their enthusiasm, some even dressing in argyle and knickerbockers.

WMS thanks the tournament sponsors and participants for a wonderful day and for what each contributed to WMS athletics.
