Formed in 2010, the WMS Foundation serves the school in three capacities:

  • Support the school’s capital projects
  • Support student grants through Pioneer Partners
  • Offer ideas and guidance to the school administration

Planned giving provides opportunities to support Western in ways that will not only bless Western but benefit you and your loved ones at the same time.

  • Make a gift that costs nothing during your lifetime.
  • Give stock and realize larger tax savings.
  • Get a monthly paycheck for life in return for your gift.
  • Donate your house, continue to live there, and get a tax break all at the same time.

Western’s Endowment is currently one million dollars. The average for most boarding schools around the nation is thirteen million dollars. Increasing our Endowment fund to our goal of five million dollars would make it possible to use the interest off the account to fully fund all our student grants.
